The procedure has been changed to make a medical certificate in the Lucknow. In the old procedure the person who need a medical certificate had to go in the CMO office (Chief Medical Office), kaiserbagh near the Balrampur Hospital, and submitted the sum of Rs 30-35/- then issueing authority issued the medical certificate.
But now the higher authorities has shifted the medical certificate office to the "Bal Mahila Chikitsalaya Evam Prasuti Griha (Redcross), near Kaisarbagh Bus Stand, Lucknow.Now the question is How to make a medical Certificate? In the first step one should go to the Redcross office and collect a slip from the office in which all the necessary diagnostics like
1.Hb%, TLC, DLC, ESR,
2. X-Ray chest PA View,
3. urine-R-M,
4. Ophthalmic test,
5. ENT,
6. Dermatology, etc)
are pre-written.
Then in the next step one should go in any of the Government Hospital and diagnose himself. After getting all the above reports, one has to go to again the Redcross Office and show them the reports. Then they will give you the Medical Certificate issued by CMO.
